Forms
Please find below a number of forms you will need in the course of your studies. You can download them and fill them electronically, but they should be printed and manually signed before handing them over to the examination office.
- Form for the lectures in the Primary Area of Specialization to keep record on which lectures you have taken for your Primary Area. The form is needed to register the respective module examination.
- Form for the lectures in the Secondary Area of Specialization to keep record on which lectures you have taken for your Secondary Area. The form is needed to register the respective module examination.
- Form for the lectures in the Elective Area to keep record on which lectures you have taken for your Elective Area. The form is needed to register the respective module examination.
- Form for the protocol of the first advisory meeting about program and timescales for the research area. This protocol must be written and signed by you and your advisor before starting Introductory Project I.
- Certification for Introductory Project I to document having successfully finished the Introductory Project I.
- Certification for Introductory Project II to document having successfully finished the Introductory Project II.
Please note that the form to register your Master thesis is only avaliable in the examination office.
